PFL Employee Welfare Trust sold Rs 223 crore worth shares in Poonawalla Fincorp, while Goldman Sachs has acquired Rs 100 crore worth of shares in Sudeep Pharma via open market transactions on August 4.
As per the block deals data on Tuesday, PFL Employee Welfare Trust sold 47.08 lakh shares (representing 0.53 percent of paid-up equity) inPoonawalla Fincorpfor Rs 222.96 crore.
PFL Employee Welfare Trust is established for managing company's shares for employees of Poonawalla Fincorp. Shares were exchanged at a price of Rs 473.5 per share via block deals.
Sundaram Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance Company, Helios MF, and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte were buyers for Poonawalla Fincorp 0.53 percent shares.
Poonawalla Fincorp stock price declined 0.48 percent to Rs 469.65 on the National Stock Exchange.
Goldman Sachs Funds - Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio has bought 11.76 lakh shares (1.04 percent stake) inSudeep Pharmafrom Nuvama for Rs 100 crore.
Nuvama Crossover Opportunities Fund - Series III sold 6.14 lakh shares, and Series IIIA offloaded 5.62 lakh shares in the pharma company at a price of Rs 850 per share. Both held 2.95 and 2.57 percent stake in the company as per the shareholding pattern of June 2026.
In another block deal, Lyptus Punch-Card Fund has bought 2.19 lakh shares (0.63 percent stake) inZota Health Carefrom Valiant India Opportunities for Rs 27.18 crore. Shares exchanged at a price of Rs 1,241 per share.
Meanwhile,Rajgor Castor Derivativeswas also in action. Unicorn Fund sold 8.97 lakh shares (3.75 percent stake) in the castor oil and derivatives manufacturer for Rs 2.95 crore at a price of Rs 32.94 per share. The fund held 5.76 percent stake (13.77 lakh shares) in the company as of March 2026.
Raghav Narendra Rathi has acquired 2.97 lakh shares in Rajgor Castor Derivatives at Rs 33 per share, Rameshchandra Madanlal Rathi 3.03 lakh shares at Rs 32.9 per share, and Madhav Narendra Rathi 3 lakh shares at Rs 32.94 per share, which in total amounted to Rs 2.96 crore.
BNP Paribas Financial Markets has acquired 37.89 lakh shares (0.53 percent stake) inRestaurant Brands Asiaat Rs 81.06 per share, valued at Rs 30.72 crore.
The action was also seen inAimtron Electronics, the PCB assembly and electronics system design and manufacturing services provider. The stock was up 4.56 percent to Rs 1,547.2 amid high volumes on the National Stock Exchange, extending sharp rally for third consecutive session.
Alchemy Capital Management's Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund Series 3 has acquired 2.06 lakh shares in Aimtron for Rs 30.48 crore at a price of Rs 1,480 per share. However, promoter Mukesh Jeram Vasani sold 2.1 lakh shares in the company at Rs 1,480.09 per share, valued at Rs 31.08 crore.
Meanwhile, promoter S Gupta Holding has bought 2.25 lakh shares inApollo Pipesat Rs 522.16 per share and another 2.25 lakh shares at Rs 522.34 per share, which totalled to over 1 percent stake worth Rs 23.5 crore. The stock was up 2.23 percent to Rs 527.35.
The buying was also seen in newly listed precision engineering companyPoojaa Precision Engg, which soared 63.95 percent to Rs 493.50 from issue price of Rs 301 on its debut on the BSE SME platform.
Gracious Advisors LLP has bought 2 lakh shares for Rs 9.69 crore at Rs 484.58 per share, and Motilal Oswal Financial Services 2.11 lakh shares for Rs 10.1 crore at a price of Rs 477.69 apiece, while Setu Securities picked up 1.2 lakh shares at Rs 469.17 per share, valued at Rs 5.63 crore.
