SignatureGlobal India’s presales for the first quarter of FY27 fell 25% compared with the same period last year, reaching ₹19.7 billion. This figure is 10% lower than the estimates provided by analysts.

During the quarter the firm introduced a branded residential project in collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini, located in Sector 71, Gurugram. The launch helped offset the decline in presales and added a new source of revenue.

The company’s upcoming launch pipeline includes 17.8 million square feet of saleable area that is expected to be introduced over the next two to three years. SignatureGlobal has earmarked ₹150 billion for new launches and has kept its presales guidance at ₹100 billion for FY27.

Analysts project a compound annual growth rate of 13% for presales, targeting ₹105 billion during FY26‑28E. The current residential portfolio has been valued using a discounted cash flow approach, covering both ongoing and future projects.

Based on these assessments, the rating remains BUY with a target price of ₹1,000 per share, implying an upside of about 23% from the current market level.
